If i hear some one's practising three to five hours per day, i think they're automatically not going to go it at mac's intensity. To make like, true physical gains, you want a train at that upper and intensity level. And if i had my own academy, i'd say i'm a bit of a generalist in the sense that I like separating training into different blocks till general.
