How Can Melatonin Help You Fall Asleep?

Melatonin is a hormone that's produced by the brain and it's weakly, supparific. It will slightly promote sleepiness, but it's effect on the skating system is stronger. And if you take an appropriate dose of melatonin, so say 300 micrograms to five milligrams ofmelatonin, roughly three to five hours before you normally go to bed, you'll tend to pull your body's clock earlier. The issue with over-the-counter melatonin is just that lots of the products don't contain what they say they do on the label.
