The Macro, the Parent Figure
We all very much have been unconsciously conditioned, in many ways, to look a certain way. Another common and final archetype that i want us to dive into is having a parent figure who cannot regulate their emotions. Andt the majority of us have had parent gures who can't cope or can’t regulate their emotion. There is a lot in the macro messaging in the society, in the culture, that might also be coloring the patterns that were re living through adult hood.
