Understanding Intervention Bias

Intervention bias is the idea that it is more comfortable to do something, anything, than it is to do nothing. People want to feel like they're doing something but this does notnecessarily mean that doing something is the best thing to do. Some s the best things to do is not to over react or build additional systems in a way that doesn't decrease flexibility and resilience. And so i think the example that i use in the personal mba is the challenger explosion that happened.
