i decided that part of my problem is not liking being uncomfortably pumped and not being able to work through it, mentally and physically. So for one of my sessions these past six weeks, every week, i've done triples in the gim on roots, but hard triples, like, i try to make them as hard as i can. Do you think that's domb? No. And i think that brings me to the main thing i really wanted to talk about in this conversation, and that there's still a main thing. Yea, that endurance is a skill, right?
