How to Structure a Five Day a Week Training Program
How would you structure a five day a week training or maybe seven day a week I don't know training program where you have your advanced athletes hitting a given muscle group every single day. How that looks depends on the type of setup you're doing but you for example have heavy bench presses kind of strength oriented lower reps on day A and on day B you have something like more high repetition flies. On day D you would have for example lac girls higher volume etc etc so that for each but most of them it shifts over the whole week in that two out of three day setup.
