There's no reason to change from a human health standpoint, as far as I'm concerned. The closer you get to your protein requirements, then protein quality does become an issue. It's not a population that I worry about where protein is a rate limiting substrate,. Food insecure regions, people on marginal protein intakes, definitely. But most kids are covering energy needs. All good.
