The Morning Routine

i love to go on about the atomic habits, which i think is sort of loosely based on the power of habit. But with the morning routine, what really did it for me was having something to actually do in the morning and deciding that i was going to do it or that. I don't know if you remember this that was said of our world of walcroft phase. It made me get out of bed in a way that very few things have since. The only thing where i would wake up excited to start the day, and i'd like toget out of bed because it's like, ah, yes, i can get like an hour of wowing before school. Nothing else
