Sushi at noma is one of the best dishes he's ever eaten. The slow roasted beet that Joshskins serves with, a well, i had it literally just tah and it's just slow roasted over embers over like, 72 or four days. A six is another tokyo restaurant, actualy there's a bunch of tokyo restaurants coming up. Are there other more fabulous stake houses in japan? Yes, but they don't speak to me like shima does. So don't go in there and order a stake sandwich and then earn your money by getting a steake sandwich.
