The Effect of COVID on the Single Family Home Market
The market has essentially frozen during that time. The reason is as people got more comfortable with the risks around COVID and they started getting out and buying homes again. What you saw was this mass frenzy to move out of a really small apartment building into something with the backyard with more space. And I actually saw this like insane rocket ship of demand for literally just buying homes, unlike anything we had ever seen.
