The Risk of Becoming Too Fixated on Just the Data
B2B is more often a victim of this, but we're becoming data obsessed. You've either got to have somebody on your team that is the creative big thinker or you've got to recognize when you're too deep into that. I always tell my team to call me out if there's a, you know, if any one of us has become too fixated on the data and that we're not looking. Sometimes you can also get stuck on the vanity metric side of things as well.
