The Role of Range of Motion in Hypertrophy

A few years ago, we only had a handful of studies on the topic. And it was very consistently the case that a full range of motion appeared to produce better hypertrophy than a partial range of motion. Where are we now? We don't have much evidence. Only two studies, one showing a benefit in favor of partial range ofmotion and one showing a no benefit in either case.
