The Different Attributes of Mortgage Bankers

Mortgage banker person has a different rhythm than the investment salesperson, I think these attributes are common. Some of our mortgage bankers are very analytical, very technical, very serious kind of, you know, in the weeds. On the investment sales side, it's a little more homogenous which is it really is a sales process. So that kind of a personality extrovert or at least a very highly functioning introvert,. It's a little less technical, a little bit less technical. The answer to what the attributes are does not presuppose male or female but I'm curious.
