There are four types of people that I've seen and we've done research to show that this is the case. The opposite of the Giver Requestor would be the lone wolf, the person who doesn't ask for what they need. That's probably the most tragic role to have because you're just disconnected from the world. Most people are in the overly generous category, but the most effective people are inthe Giver Requester category.
