I like the wording that you chose there of taking more risks in training. I think that's right on for the psychology that you see a lot of lifters bringing to their training. Sometimes there can be a bit of defensiveness around this and it goes in both directions. There are very different conversations, but I've had athletes in both scenarios. It could be any number of things. But how do you broach those conversations with athletes?
