A business works like a pipe line. People r gong to go from a to z, and they'regoing to follow these steps in sequence. The second piece is how do we get people to buy more expensive stuff from us? And then the third is getting them to sign longer memberships,. A or just retention in general are getting them to buy more times. Fourth s is everyone's least favourite a fulfilment. But most people don't think about axservsesfo, which i understand but usually, legen aren't as good. So if you never lose customers and you continually upsell people into more expensive services, you can still make tons of money on your bottom line.
