The Importance of Intent in Organizational Performance
How important do you see intent as in judging the effectiveness of a group? I view a lot of intent as ambiguous or multi facited, and most people are mostly selfish all the time. And that's part of that's an axiom that goes into my institutional analysis. Many organizations functiond in ways that are explicitly contradictory,. Or almost precisely the opposite of what they claim to do tue. In those cases, the intent of those organizations should be completely discarded.
