The Importance of Consumers in Credit Unions
The lending has gotten tough. And we just cannot convert that segment of the market right and it puts us in a very tricky situation because you're missing volume targets. You have the customers coming in they want to buy the cars. So I think from a loan perspective the consumer is going to benefit. But where the brand may come in is in the other suite of services the institution can provide. And that's where credit unions win and that's arguably where dealerships can win as well.
