How to Create Content That Makes Sense
I've made a plan for what content I'm going to create over the next few months. It's taking what would be a half a day job and breaking it into more manageable chunks. And also introducing the idea of batching things, which if we're really talking about productivity makes a huge difference. The only thing that is slightly different when you're at the stage that you're at - because you've got to manage a lot. But having that as a looser system worked better than having anything that was rigid.
