I tend to say, you know, when they're doing the final build up during the final dose during the taper, if the race is a Saturday race, the last day in the sauna would be Wednesday. It just seems to me that Thursday and Friday would be days to just, you might lose a couple percent. I don't want athletes to have any additional stress in those last two days. Do you kind of agree with that? Yeah, I think I think two days out is totally fine. Some people will prefer one or three, but you kind of split the middle in two days is totally fine!
