The advice would be once you've got to say eight to ten chest to bar pull ups you're better off working on that explosive nature because that's an inherent quality. For the people that want to increase their muscle up reps should they spend a block of time just working on the high pull ups and then working on the muscle up as a whole or do you combine high pull ups in one session muscle ups in another what's your approach? So I had like a date that was fully meant for muscle ups so I would try the muscle ups then I have just like pull ups dips things like that and then incorporating other exercises throughout the week to also complement my muscle up training did that answer that right
