The Importance of Aerobic Training

I tend to focus on with the aerobic riding stuff a little bit dependent on time of year but particularly as we're in race season I would prioritize like how how people are riding aerobically. If you're racing 70.3 or Ironman then your first special has to be super efficient around that and I would structure at least the session a week that focuses on developing that. Running for me is the thing which is most individualised and it comes from a place of what loads athletes can tolerate so I find that running is the discipline which leads to most injury and most time away from training.
