Sleep Isn't the King Metric

Sleep and recovery are not the same metric. I don't think that would make me a better coach. If you don't goot try, even if you didn't get good sleep, i don't Think that's going to make or break a work out. There's other metrics that are more central too performance than sleep. So i don't think it would be that useful for me.
