The rule of recognition was like the end of the line, right? The Archimedian plain. And there's sort of progressively less and less algorithmic machine churning as you go further and further towards that archimedian point in the legal system. When you get up to the top of it, there is a ton of principle guidingness going on. But hard cases would exemplify those instances where the law was more or less mute in any explicit way.
