The Overreaching Effect

Any program that involves the accumulation of fatigue is going to suffer this problem because there is an accumulation of muscle damage over time. I think this is really starting to get into the overreaching territory where we're saying that fatigue is accumulating from more work out next. So what's going to happen is that every workout that person goes into as they're working their way through this overreaching block is they're going to be experiencing even more of these central and peripheral fatigue mechanisms.
