How to Launch a Mobile App
One of my favorite parts of launching a brand is launching their mobile app. It's really great because it allows you to keep your app like up to date and fresh. Another interesting one that I learned in the breakout was if you're hiring for a role that has no upward mobility, let's call it somebody who just comments or moderates ad comments. There's a path to becoming the head of customer service or manager of other customer service agents but those roles sort of get filled after a while. So I like the idea of hiring overseas.
