There's times when I also too, it's like, okay, maybe today just isn't the best day to do it. Like if I go in there and force the training session, is it going to be a productive one? Am I going to be more at risk for pigs and pains, injuries? And then you have your better equipped to kind of know how to pick those spots when it push, when to pull up, pull back. It's learning how to organize and program, not just your training, but training, like you're programming, you're dieting, you're training to all kind of mesh together.
