Sidhartha is an incredible book that deals a lot with mindfulness. As you look at your own journey from that, you're describing sort of reading about it and then tasting it for the first time in some sense. I don't think that for me, the more I understand about this practice and the more I'm a student of it, is that there's an opportunity to bring mindfulness into our day in every moment.
