Is There a Difference Between Fear and Anxiety?

I can understand the difference between fear and anxiety. I have full control over how i react to it. You don't even need the idea of heaven or hell or god, it's just heaven is a choice that you can make in the present moment. No more rigidity, flexibility in the hearen now. Am, not sure what im going to talk about next week. It won't be c b t. There's so much more. If the folk can cover like this c b t series is going to be, there'll be a lot of em.
