The Three Techniques of Meditation

There are basically three techniques of meditation in the workbook. One is what I call down and inward meditation. The second one is while doing that basic motion, you hold this heightened sense of intention filled with confidence, desire, et cetera. Third part is whenever your mind wanders, you intentionally draw it back with a specific technique.
