"i was a late night snacker, like you wouldn't. I mean, dude, i would be eating stuff until 11 30 at night," he says. "So that's why i kind of started to get ben more disciplined in my life tin doing that." He puts an alarm on his phone when the kitchen is open and shuts it down for eight hours. 'It's so much easier than having to think about, what can i eat at nine o'clock at night? As u posou, i just don't eat after et type of thing.'
