Is There a Good Biomarker of Inflammatory Inflammation?

The fermented food group you saw on the aggregate, a reduction in some of these inflammatory story markers. So perhaps not all fermented foods are created equal. We'd love to know why it is fermented foods are causing decreases in inflammatory markers. Part of this is embedded in the hypothesis that chronic simmering inflammation in the industrialized world is what's driving many people in our society towards different chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
