Frozen Fish Is the New Fresh Fish

Fish mussel has a sort of a natural anti freeze in it. It's frozen at an enormously low temperature as fast as possible. Good frozen fish keeps for a year in your freezer. And you have to think too, about cooking method am so if i'm steaming a piece of sole, a very delicate fish, i'm probably going to make a cision to buy a fresh piece of soul for that, right?
