Reclaiming Your Life
It's really easy to slip into boom and bust when you've got a little bit of energy, but you end up doing too much. Reclaiming your life means both finding your way back to what might have been lost pleasure you'd forgotten. But it might equally mean letting go of what once was nourishing for you in order to sense more clearly what nourishes you now. So let's do a practice that you could use as an every day, perhaps end of day practice for the next few days,. Spending a few moments now choosing your anchor for this practice, and whatever place you choose... Then at a certain point, if you choose expanding your attention to the body as a whole
