One beer a day would be healthier in my eyes. Because, um, because the insult is smaller. If I decide to save those up and have seven beers at nine o'clock at night and I can drink seven beers between 9 and 11. It's one individual low concentration insult that my body has to deal with over the course of the day. So you can take one milligram or a hundred milligrams for 10 days, right? Take it to the gram or you can take the one gram that Dan is going to kill you. That's a great example of the effects of a bolus of macronutrients that are unhealthy versus little bits throughout the week. Right
