The Importance of Strength Workouts
The way we do things doesn't always work with thrusters. If you like them and you're doing swings mixed with thrusters, you are tying into it beyond a tautus. You have to work how I told my students the other day the simplest way to make easy strength work. It's just interesting how it all comes around to this. The downside of the workouts is not a lot of people like to do clean it presses. Not a lot ofPeople like do front squats.
