Our culture is very much like, if it hurts, stop the pain. And an emotion can't be treated like that, because it wants connection. It wants permission to kind of be and it doesn't want to be controlled. I love what you said about venting, because i think that venting and also trying to back to what i'ave sain earlier, to a to out think it, to get a different way,. That maybe then i won't feel bad if i think differently about that situation.
