I think a lot of us felt pressure to start a community because we live in an ecosystem like an echo chamber in Twitter where it's like community led growth. I loved it, had a blast, grew really fast, had a ton of great events. The reason that I left it is just my personality. I am what you might consider extremely high strung, filled with anxiety,. Very much performance-based, like very type A.

Today's guest, Justin Welsh, wears many hats. He is an entrepreneur, a coach, a creator, and an influencer. (He is even followed by a quarter of a million people on LinkedIn and 150,000 people on Twitter!) We talk about how to go about making seven figures as a solopreneur, his love for restaurants, and his use of hypnotherapy.
