Do You Have a Great Coach?

How does someone find what they love and what they're great at? If they are incapable of finding that out themselves, just get a great coach. There is more schlock out there. There are universities certifying coaches. That's another piece of ridiculousness. It's about helping people improve. See, the real issue here is after I walk away, how's the client better off? And if that's not easily seen or perceived, then I'm up the creek.
