So what sort of behaviors would be reasons that you wouldn't be feeling properly throughout your training? And you would need to count or do some sort of accountability? So what would be why do we need to do that macro tracking, kind of what you're saying? If we don't, if we realize that's not a great way for us to track, but we want to be more mindful.
