Women who go vegan are getting rid of the iron, b 12 and so many other things. After a year or so they start to do much worse because you're not getting that highly absorbable micro nutrients like the iron in the zinc. So i think we have to look at how is this for your long term mental health, physical health, you know? I would love to know how many of these fuditarians are going out and running for hours with quite a good time.
