What Are the Ground Rules of the 'Entrepreneur Group'?

In graduate school, you got involved in what were known at the time as encounter groups or encounter sessions. The ground rules of these encounter groups were to be open and honest in everything that you said and did. You reveal parts of yourself that you hadn't revealed to other people in your family growing up or to your wife. And I began to talk about it in the context of the group, and literally was blown away by the feedback from other people.
