The Importance of Committing to Yourself
What you eat makes it easier or harder to stay in deficit and what you eat impacts your health. 1600 calories can be very satiating and leave you full of energy or it can leave you feeling starving. You're never restricted here because we believe in empowered choices as opposed to self-imposed restriction. And working with yourself is shockingly far more successful.
