The Importance of Nutrition in a Vegetarian Diet
There's no evidence that vegan or vegetarian diets are more vitamin and mineral replete than omnivorous people meat eaters. It's actually the reverse i can provide studies for pretty much every single mineral whether it's iron selenium calcium magnesium all of them showing that vegans and vegetarians are lower, especially with iron. There is a higher incidence of mental health issues probably related to nutrient deficiencies for vegans Vegetarians.
