Are You Tracking Progress in Pilates?
People come for the result, but I think still tracking goals and results like in my own training just motivates me. So we're trying to deliver good sessions, but when we're selling a result, we're selling like, okay, you'll be able to increase your strength 50% in six weeks or you'll be pain free... And so how can we build in solutions to those kinds of things into the program? What are going to get in their way and trip them up? It might be they have to take their kid to swimming on a Thursday night now. How do we help them overcome that obstacle?
