When you go into this diet break, I don't want the breakfast or lunch to change. Almost every single day it's like oatmeal with frozen fruits and my Greek yogurt. This is an overlooked aspect of being able to maintain a healthy weight long term. You probably eat more or less on a very consistent basis. So literally do the exact same thing. It doesn't mean you suffer through it anymore.
