Be Aware of the Background Awareness

Victim hood is an element of, very often, moral superiority. When you're a victim, that automatically makes you morally superior to whoever made you into a victim. Or whatever situation you are complaining about, you are pronouncing judgment. Therefore, you are elevating yourself to a judge. You are judging this situation as wanting, insufficient, not good enough. And sometimes the awareness will be perhaps when you are sitting on a bus travelling to calgary, or some other place and your contemplating nature. While you're contemplating nature, you sense this underlying presence. At the same time you'r present. Then the personality is receded. The deeper eye is perceiving through you,. It
