A lot of this feelings that we have around authority can be borne out of a feeling of insecurity. A common thing for me, christopher, is not overly apologizing. If you're having technical problems, they don't need to hear every single no step your trying to take verbally. You could actually just be n to in behind the scenes, figure it out, and then have another alternative plan. And some of these practices are pretty strong correlatives so without knowing exactly what's going on, which is the chicken and egg question.
