Doing Stretches, Not Pushing Beyond Your Limits

i want to lead us in some stretches. So you can do these standing up or sitting down. It's perfectly possible to do these sitting down as you as you sit there. Or you can stand up if you like. That's fine too. Remember the instructions to look after yourself, not pushing beyond your limits. And we're just going to be noticing sensations as you move and stretch, and also noticing the feeling tone. Yet again, you're saying it's ok to find the memory unpleasant, that it's OK, and indeed natural not to like it.
