The Importance of Research in the Menstrual Cycle
I think everyone has that stepping stone that maybe makes them realise how uncertain things are and sort of places research as well in a slightly more realistic place. The thing that pulled me or really opened my eyes to that was looking into the menstrual cycle which sort of everything you just said applies to. I think some people look at research and think well if the study says it, you know, that is sort of written in gold whereas in the menstrual cycle is narrow where loads of variability, nothing conclusive,. That's basically the conclusion of the research. Yeah, that's really interesting actually, it's interesting to hear about your experience that like quite young and sort of influential age with that doctor.
